Technical support is available during normal North American trading hours (approximately 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time), although a call made outside these hours will often reach us (software developers tend to work 24 hours a day!). If a support representative is unavailable to answer your call personally, please leave a message on the voice-mail system and we'll respond as soon as possible (we use pagers to keep abreast of incoming calls even while out of the office).
